We're committed to complying with GDPR:

- We ask for consent for data collection.

Data portability & management tools
Import
We are building new tools for users to easily import data from other services on TexAu.
Export
TexAu supports exporting in two days. It is possible to export data of Spices and Recipes. This generates a CSV file containing results. Additionally, users can export all their data by sending us a request at
support@texau.comAccount deletion
User account can be deleted at any time from the account settings. Upon requesting to delete an account, all content will immediately become inaccessible. User will get an option to export all the data and after 15 days, the content will be delete from our servers and can no longer be recovered.
Account Settings
We provide tools to manage account settings such as name, bio, company size, recommendations and varibales from settings menu.
Consent
For European customers, we show a consent dialog during signup that explains our data collection practices. Therefore, our lawful basis for collecting personal data is consent. We use cookies to securely identify your account and keep you signed in.
We use analytics services to improve the product and troubleshoot customer issues. These include Intercom, Segment, Sentry, Google Tag Manager and FullStory.
A customer may withdraw their consent and delete their account at any time by deleting their account via our account settings menu.
