We are sorry about the issue. Sometimes extension does not get the full update and that cause this.
Please follow the steps below and try if this works.
- Remove the extension from your browser
- Visit https://app.texau.com and refresh any Spice page, you should see “Get Chrome Extension” not “Get Cookie”
- Click on “Get Chrome Extension” and download extension again.
- Once you have installed, please refresh the Spice page once and now the same button should say “Get cookie”.
- Click on “Get Cookie” and see if it works this time.
