Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

To allow TexAu to automate likes on LinkedIn, connect your LinkedIn account. Click Add Account and choose LinkedIn. You can connect via:

    • Magic Link: A secure link sent to your email, allowing easy login without handling cookies.
    • Add Account: Directly connect through TexAu’s browser extension.

Tip: Use Magic Link for a faster and hassle-free connection.

    step2

Step 3: Select Your Input Source

Define which LinkedIn posts you want to like by selecting an appropriate input source:

    • Single Post URL: Enter a single LinkedIn Post URL for one-time engagement.
    • Google Sheets: Upload multiple LinkedIn Post URLs by linking a Google Sheet. Make sure the sheet contains a column listing the URLs. Paste the Google Sheet URL into TexAu and authorize access.
    • CSV File: Upload a CSV file containing LinkedIn Post URLs. Ensure that each URL is listed in a separate row for bulk processing.

This flexibility ensures you can target specific posts or engage with a batch of posts efficiently.

    step3

Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

Set a schedule to run the automation at specific times. Click Schedule to configure the timing and frequency:

    • None: Run the automation immediately.
    • At Regular Intervals (e.g., every 8 hours or daily)
    • Once
    • Every Day
    • On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., every Tuesday and Thursday)
    • On Specific Days of the Month (e.g., the 1st and 15th)
    • On Specific Dates (e.g., February 10)

Tip: Scheduling automations helps maintain consistent LinkedIn engagement while saving time.

    step4

Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

Configure the Iteration Delay to add intervals between actions, simulating natural behavior and avoiding detection by LinkedIn. Set the Minimum Delay and Maximum Delay to randomize the time gap between liking posts.

Tip: Use realistic delays to mimic human behavior and maintain compliance with LinkedIn’s guidelines.

    step5

Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)

In Output Mode, select how to save and manage the automation results:

    • Google Sheets: Export results directly to Google Sheets for easy tracking and sharing.
    • CSV File: Save results locally for offline access and analysis.
    • Output Management:
      • Append (Default): Add new results to the existing file.
      • Split: Generate a new file for each automation run.
      • Overwrite: Replace old data with the latest results.
    • Duplicate Management: Enable Deduplicate to automatically clean up duplicate entries.

Tip: Google Sheets is ideal for teams collaborating on LinkedIn engagement tracking.

    step6

Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop

Click Run to start the automation. Choose your preferred execution mode:

    • Cloud: Executes the automation on TexAu’s servers for hands-free operation.
    • Desktop: Runs the automation locally on your device, using your IP address for added control.

Tip: Desktop mode is perfect for IP-sensitive tasks and helps save on cloud runtime costs.

    step7

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

After the automation is complete, navigate to the Data Store in TexAu. Locate the LinkedIn Auto Like automation and click See Data to view or download the results.

The exported data will include details like liked post URLs and timestamps, which can be used for reporting or analysis.
