Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. Navigate to the Automation Store, search for LinkedIn Auto Reject Pending Connection, and select the automation to open the configuration page.

Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

To access and reject pending connection requests, connect your LinkedIn account. Click Add Account and choose LinkedIn. TexAu offers two secure methods:

• Add Account: Direct connection using TexAu’s browser extension.

Step 3: Select Your Input Source

Define the scope of the pending connections to reject by selecting an input source:

• Automatic Detection: TexAu automatically scans your LinkedIn account for all pending connection requests and rejects them in bulk.
• Google Sheets: Use a Google Sheet with LinkedIn Profile URLs of the connection requests you want to reject. Paste the sheet URL into TexAu and grant access.
• CSV File: Upload a CSV file with LinkedIn Profile URLs. Ensure each URL is listed in a separate row.

This allows you to reject specific requests or perform a complete cleanup.

Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

Use TexAu’s scheduling feature to run the rejection process automatically at chosen times. Click Schedule and set the timing and recurrence frequency:

• None: Run the automation immediately.
• At Regular Intervals (e.g., every 8 hours or daily).
• Once
• Every Day
• On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., every Tuesday and Friday).
• On Specific Days of the Month (e.g., the 1st and 15th).
• On Specific Dates (e.g., January 31).

Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

To avoid LinkedIn detection, set an Iteration Delay to space out the rejection actions. Configure Minimum Delay and Maximum Delay to randomize the time intervals between each rejection.

Tip: Use realistic delays to comply with LinkedIn’s guidelines.

Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)

In Output Mode, decide how to save and manage the results:

• Google Sheets: Export results directly to Google Sheets for team collaboration.
• CSV File: Save results locally for offline tracking.
• Output Management:
  • Append (Default): Add new results to the existing file.
  • Split: Create a new file for each automation run.
  • Overwrite: Replace previous data with the latest results.
• Duplicate Management: Enable Deduplicate to remove duplicate entries automatically.

Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop

Click Run to start the automation. Choose your preferred execution method:

• Cloud: Runs the automation on TexAu’s servers for hands-free operation.
• Desktop: Runs the automation locally on your device, using your IP address for greater control.

Tip: Desktop mode is ideal for saving cloud runtime costs or managing IP-sensitive tasks.

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

Once the automation completes, navigate to the Data Store in TexAu. Locate the LinkedIn Auto Reject Pending Connection automation and click See Data to view or download the results.

The exported file will include details like LinkedIn Profile URLs, timestamps, and rejection status for reporting and tracking purposes.
