Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation
Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. Navigate to the Automation Store and search for LinkedIn Recruiter Auto Message in the search bar. Locate the automation and click on it to begin configuration. This tool is ideal for sending bulk messages to candidates directly from LinkedIn Recruiter.
Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu
To enable TexAu to send messages on your behalf, connect your LinkedIn account. Click Add Account and choose one of the following methods:
- Magic Link: A secure link sent to your email for easy and cookie-free login.
- Browser Extension: Uses TexAu’s browser extension for quick and direct connection.

Step 3: Select Your Input Source
Choose how to specify your list of recipients. TexAu provides three flexible options:
- Manually Enter a Single Profile: Enter the LinkedIn Recruiter profile URL to send a message to one recipient.
- Google Sheets: Create a spreadsheet with profile URLs. Link your Google account or share the sheet’s link for TexAu access.
- CSV File: Upload a CSV file containing the profile URLs of candidates you want to message.
Tip: For larger campaigns, Google Sheets and CSV files help manage multiple recipients efficiently.
Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)
Set specific times to run the automation and send messages systematically. Click Schedule and configure the settings to define when and how often the automation will run:
- None: Run the automation immediately without scheduling.
- At Regular Intervals: Schedule the automation to repeat every few hours or days (e.g., every 6 hours or daily).
- Once: Run the automation at a specific time and date without repetition.
- Every Day: Execute the automation daily at a set time.
- On Specific Days of the Week: Choose specific days like Monday and Thursday for the automation to run.
- On Specific Days of the Month: Select days like the 1st and 15th of each month for recurring execution.
- On Specific Dates: Pick fixed dates like January 15 or February 20 to execute the automation.
Scheduling ensures your outreach campaigns are well-timed, avoiding manual interventions.
Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)
Add a delay between each message to replicate human-like activity and avoid LinkedIn detection. Set the following parameters:
- Minimum Delay: Specify the shortest time interval between messages (e.g., 10 seconds).
- Maximum Delay: Define the longest possible time interval (e.g., 30 seconds).
The automation will randomize delays within the range to mimic natural behavior.
Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)
Decide how to save and manage the message data. TexAu offers three output management options:
- Append (Default): Add new data to the existing file.
- Split: Create a separate file for each automation run.
- Overwrite: Replace previous data with the latest run.
Choose your preferred export format:
- Google Sheets: Link your Google account to save data directly to Google Sheets.
- CSV File: Download the data as a CSV for offline analysis and storage.
Tip: Use Append mode to maintain a cumulative record of all message activities.
Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop
Once all configurations are set, click Run to start the automation. Choose the execution method that suits your needs:
- Cloud: Run the automation from TexAu’s servers for hands-free operation.
- Desktop: Execute the automation locally on your device, using your IP address, to simulate manual activity and save cloud runtime credits.
Tip: Use Desktop mode if you need greater control over execution or to save cloud credits.
Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store
After the automation completes, go to the Data Store section in TexAu to access the results. Find the LinkedIn Recruiter Auto Message automation and click See Data to view or download details of sent messages.
