Add Accounts in TexAu
The Add Account feature in TexAu allows users to easily link their platforms, such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Slack, and more, to the TexAu platform. This feature simplifies the process of connecting multiple accounts, enabling users to automate tasks efficiently, organize workflows, and centralize data for better management and enhanced productivity.
Steps to Add Accounts in TexAu:
1. Navigate to the Accounts Section
- Log in to your TexAu dashboard and go to the Accounts section.
- Here, you can view all connected accounts or add new ones.
2. Click "Add Account"
- To add a new account, click on the blue + Add New button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- A Connect New Account popup will appear, providing two methods to connect your platform.
3. Select a Connection Method
TexAu provides two ways to connect your account:
- Add Account
- This method syncs account cookies and data directly with TexAu.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to log in and grant access to your account.
- Share Via Magic Link
- Use this option for an easy, secure connection.
- Click the button to generate a magic link, open it in your browser, and log in to authorize access.
4. Verify the Connection
- After adding an account, it will be listed in the Accounts section.
- Each connected account shows essential details such as platform type, proxy settings, and location.
5. Manage Connected Accounts
Once connected, you can manage your accounts easily. Each account will display:
- Name: The name of the account (e.g., LinkedIn profile names).
- Platform: The platform the account is associated with, such as LinkedIn, X, or Slack.
- Proxy: The assigned proxy for the account, ensuring secure automation.
- Location: The geographical location of the account.
- Updated At: The last synchronization date.
- Cookies: Shows whether the account's cookies are active and valid.
- Limits: The usage or action limits configured for the account (e.g., number of messages or connections).
- Variables: Additional settings or custom inputs assigned to the account for advanced automation.
- Edit or Delete: Use the pencil icon to edit account settings or the trash icon to remove an account.
- Workspace Limit: Each workspace allows you to add up to 5 accounts. Use multiple workspaces for managing more accounts.
