Building Workflows in TexAu

TexAu's workflow builder allows you to automate tasks by combining various platforms, operations, and integrations into a single streamlined process. This feature lets you design workflows tailored to your specific needs, whether for data extraction, lead generation, or task automation.

How to Build a Workflow

1. Start Your Workflow

Open the Workflow Builder in your TexAu dashboard.
Use the note section to name your workflow and add related notes for reference.

2. Select a Platform

In the right-hand menu, choose a platform from the Automation tab.
Available platforms include LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Product Hunt, OpenAI, and more.
Use the search bar to quickly locate a platform.

3. Choose an Operation

Switch to the Operation tab to add specific actions, such as Incoming Webhook, to your workflow.
These operations act as triggers or intermediate steps in your automation.

4. Add Integrations

Under the Integration tab, link external tools such as Google Sheets, HubSpot, or Active Campaign.
This step ensures seamless data exchange between TexAu and your integrated tools.

5. Configure the Workflow

Drag and drop selected actions onto the builder canvas.
Arrange and connect the steps in the desired order to define the workflow logic.

6. Run, Schedule, or View History

Use the toolbar at the bottom to:
- Run Workflow: Execute the workflow immediately.
- Setup Workflow Schedule: Define when the workflow should run automatically.
- View Run History: Monitor previous executions and their outcomes.
- Add Desktop: Enable desktop functionality for workflows requiring local access.
