Using the Export Tab in TexAu
The Export Tab in TexAu helps you track, manage, and access data exported from automations and workflows. It provides a detailed log of all exports, their formats, and their statuses, ensuring seamless access to workflow results. Here’s how to navigate and utilize this feature effectively:
Overview of the Export Tab
The Export Tab displays a comprehensive list of data export activities. Each entry includes:
- Name: The name of the workflow or export task (e.g., "LinkedIn Profile Scraper").
- Created At: The date and time when the export was initiated.
- Export To: Specifies the output format, such as CSV or Google Sheet.
- Status: Indicates whether the export is Completed (available for download) or Expired (no longer accessible).

This tab provides visibility into your data export history, ensuring you can retrieve results efficiently and monitor the status of previous exports.
Accessing and Managing Exported Data

- If exported to a Google Sheet, click Go To Sheet to directly open and review the data in Google Drive.
- Expired Exports For workflows marked as Expired, the exported file is no longer available.
- Click See Results to re-request or regenerate the file from the workflow’s result table.
Important Note
TexAu keeps your data stored on its servers for 7 days. After this period, expired files can no longer be downloaded or accessed. Ensure you save your results within this timeframe to avoid losing critical information.
Tips for Export Tab Optimization
- Download Files Promptly: Ensure you download your files while they are marked as Completed to avoid missing critical data.
- Leverage Google Sheets: Export results to Google Sheets for better collaboration and sharing with your team.
- Monitor Expired Files: Regularly check for expired files in the Export Tab and re-request them to maintain updated datasets.
With the Export Tab, TexAu provides a streamlined way to access, organize, and manage your data exports, making it easier to retrieve and analyze results from your workflows.
