Managing Security Settings
TexAu offers robust security features to protect your account and data. You can manage your password, enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and safeguard your account from unauthorized access. These features ensure a secure environment for all your automations and sensitive information.
How to Update Email and Password
1. Navigate to the Security Section
- Log in to your TexAu dashboard.
- Go to the Organization tab on the left sidebar and select Security.
2. Update Password
- Under the Email and Password tab, you can update your password:
- Enter Current Password: Provide your current password for verification.
- Enter New Password: Input a strong, unique password.
- Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm.
- Click Save to update your password.
Note: For email address changes, you need to contact TexAu support for assistance.
How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
1. Access the 2FA Settings
- Navigate to the 2 Factor Authentication tab in the Security section.
2. Enable 2FA
- Toggle the switch to activate 2FA for your account.
- Provide your Registered Phone Number where verification codes will be sent.
Note: To update your phone number, contact TexAu support for assistance.
3. Complete the Setup
- Once enabled, you will need to verify your identity using a code sent to your phone during login.
