Setting Up Notifications in TexAu

TexAu allows you to configure notifications for key automation events, ensuring you stay updated on the status of your workflows. Notifications can be sent via email or Slack, helping you monitor execution success, failures, or cookie expiration in real time.

How to Configure Notifications

1. Navigate to the Notifications Section

• Log in to your TexAu dashboard.
• Go to the Workspace tab in the left sidebar and select Notifications.

2. View Notification Options

• You will see a list of events for which notifications can be enabled:
  • Execution Success: Notifies when an automation completes successfully.
  • Execution Failed: Notifies if an automation fails.
  • Cookie Expired: Alerts you when an account’s session cookie expires.

3. Enable Notifications

• Toggle the switches under the Slack or Email columns to enable notifications for the desired event.

4. Configure Slack Webhooks (Optional)

• To enable Slack notifications, click the Configure Slack Webhook button.
• In the popup, provide the following details:
  • Slack Account Name: Enter a name to identify the Slack workspace or channel.
  • Webhook Link: Paste the Slack webhook URL to integrate TexAu with your Slack channel.
• Click + Add New to save the webhook.

5. Save Changes

• Ensure all required toggles are enabled and webhooks are configured.
• Notifications will now be sent based on the selected events and methods.
