Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. Navigate to the Automation Store, enter LinkedIn Auto Post in the search bar, and select the automation. This is where you’ll configure the details to automate your LinkedIn content posting.

Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

Connect your LinkedIn account to enable TexAu to publish posts on your behalf. Click Add Account and choose one of the following methods:

• Magic Link: A secure option where TexAu emails you a link to log in without manually entering cookies.
• Add Account via Browser Extension: A straightforward method that leverages TexAu’s browser extension for easy setup.

Tip: Magic Link is the most seamless and secure way to connect your LinkedIn account without hassle.

Step 3: Select Your Input Source

Define how TexAu will receive the content for your posts. You can choose from the following options:

1. Manually Enter Content: Use this option for one-time posting by inputting the content directly into TexAu.
2. Google Sheets: Link a Google Sheet that contains the text, links, or media for multiple posts. Ensure each row corresponds to a separate post.
3. CSV File: Upload a CSV file with structured data, including post text and URLs, for bulk content management.

Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

   • Append (Default): Adds new records to the existing file, creating a cumulative log of all posts.
   • Split: Creates a separate file for each run, useful for segregating data.
   • Overwrite: Replaces the previous file with the latest log, keeping only current records.

Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop

Once configured, run the automation by clicking Run. Choose one of the following options:

• Cloud Mode: TexAu runs the automation on its servers for hands-free execution.
• Desktop Mode: Run the automation locally on your computer using your IP address.

Tip: Desktop mode is ideal for reducing cloud runtime costs and maintaining greater control over execution.

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

After the automation completes, go to the Data Store section in TexAu to review post logs. Click See Data to view or download details of published posts, including text, links, and timestamps.
