Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

Connect your LinkedIn account to enable TexAu to publish posts on your behalf. Click Add Account and choose one of the following methods:

    • Magic Link: A secure option where TexAu emails you a link to log in without manually entering cookies.
    • Add Account via Browser Extension: A straightforward method that leverages TexAu’s browser extension for easy setup.

Tip: Magic Link is the most seamless and secure way to connect your LinkedIn account without hassle.

    step2

Step 3: Select Your Input Source

Define how TexAu will receive the content for your posts. You can choose from the following options:

    1. Manually Enter Content: Use this option for one-time posting by inputting the content directly into TexAu.
    2. Google Sheets: Link a Google Sheet that contains the text, links, or media for multiple posts. Ensure each row corresponds to a separate post.
    3. CSV File: Upload a CSV file with structured data, including post text and URLs, for bulk content management.

Tip: Use Google Sheets or CSV for planning and automating multiple posts efficiently.

    step3

Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

Set up a schedule to publish posts at specific times or intervals, ensuring maximum audience engagement. Click Schedule and configure:

    • Start Date and Time: Define when the automation begins.
    • Recurrence Options: Choose how often the automation should run: Once, Daily, Weekly, or on specific dates.

Tip: Scheduling posts during peak activity times helps improve visibility and engagement with your audience.

    step4

Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

Define an iteration delay to introduce a natural time gap between publishing multiple posts. This helps prevent LinkedIn from flagging automated behavior. Set:

    • Minimum Delay: The shortest time gap between two consecutive posts.
    • Maximum Delay: The longest time gap between posts, creating randomness.

Tip: Configure realistic delays (e.g., 5–15 minutes) to mimic human activity and maintain LinkedIn compliance.

    step5

Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)

Decide how you want TexAu to manage post logs for record-keeping. The available options are:

    1. Export to Google Sheets: Automatically save logs in a linked Google Sheet.
    2. Export to CSV: Download logs as a CSV file for offline use.
    3. Output Management:
      • Append (Default): Adds new records to the existing file, creating a cumulative log of all posts.
      • Split: Creates a separate file for each run, useful for segregating data.
      • Overwrite: Replaces the previous file with the latest log, keeping only current records.

    step6

Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop

Once configured, run the automation by clicking Run. Choose one of the following options:

    • Cloud Mode: TexAu runs the automation on its servers for hands-free execution.
    • Desktop Mode: Run the automation locally on your computer using your IP address.

Tip: Desktop mode is ideal for reducing cloud runtime costs and maintaining greater control over execution.

    step7

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

After the automation completes, go to the Data Store section in TexAu to review post logs. Click See Data to view or download details of published posts, including text, links, and timestamps.

    step8

The LinkedIn Auto Post automation empowers founders, marketers, and sales managers to maintain a consistent LinkedIn presence by automating content posting. With customizable input options, scheduling, and seamless Google Sheets integration, this tool is an essential addition to your content strategy for driving engagement and expanding your reach.
