LinkedIn Company Activity Extractor

The LinkedIn Company Activity Extractor helps businesses, founders, and marketers analyze a company's recent activities, including posts and updates, directly from LinkedIn. This tool enables you to streamline competitor analysis, discover engagement trends, and enhance strategic decision-making by automating data extraction. With TexAu’s seamless integration features, exporting and organizing data is more efficient than ever.

Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. In the Automation Store, search for LinkedIn Company Activity Extractor. Once located, click on it to open the setup page.

Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

To extract LinkedIn company activity, connect your LinkedIn account to TexAu. Click Add Account and select LinkedIn. TexAu offers two methods:

• Magic Link: Sends a secure link to your email for login without manually entering cookies.
• Add Account: Connects via TexAu’s browser extension for a straightforward setup.

Tip: Use Magic Link for a quick and secure login experience.

Step 3: Select Your Input Source

Define the company profiles from which you want to extract activities. TexAu provides three input options:

1. Manually Enter a Single URL: Input a single LinkedIn company URL directly.
2. Google Sheets: Use a shared Google Sheet with LinkedIn company URLs in a column. Link the sheet or paste its URL.
3. CSV File: Upload a CSV file containing LinkedIn company URLs.

Tip: For bulk processing, use Google Sheets or CSV for easier data management.

Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

Automate the extraction process by scheduling it to run at specific intervals. Click Schedule and choose a start date and time or set up recurring runs:

• None
• At Regular Intervals (e.g., every 24 hours)
• Once
• Every Day
• On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., Mondays and Wednesdays)
• On Specific Days of the Month (e.g., the 1st and 15th)
• On Specific Dates (e.g., January 1)

Tip: Scheduling ensures your company activity data remains up-to-date.

Step 5: Iteration Delay (Optional)

Set an Iteration Delay to mimic human activity and avoid detection by LinkedIn. Adjust the Minimum Delay and Maximum Delay to add a randomized pause between each extraction.

Example: Set a delay of 5-10 seconds between actions for safe automation.

Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)

Decide how to manage and save the extracted data. TexAu offers the following output management options:

• Append (Default): Add new records to an existing data file.
• Split: Create a new file for each automation run, useful for organizing data by session.
• Overwrite: Replace existing data with the latest results.

Export Options:

• Google Sheets: Link your Google account to export data directly to Google Drive.
• CSV File: Download extracted data as a CSV file.

Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop

Click Run to start the automation. Choose between:

• Cloud: Runs on TexAu servers for hands-free execution.
• Desktop: Runs locally on your computer using your IP address.

Tip: Use Desktop mode to save cloud runtime costs and maintain greater control.

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

Once the automation completes, navigate to Data Store in the TexAu app. Locate the LinkedIn Company Activity Extractor and click See Data to view or download the extracted information.
