Step 2: Choose Cloud or Desktop Execution

    • Decide how you want to run the automation:
      • Cloud Mode: Automates tasks on TexAu’s servers with built-in proxies. You can add custom proxies via Settings > Preferences > Proxies.
      • Desktop Mode: Runs automation on your local device using your IP address.

Tip: Desktop mode saves cloud runtime credits and gives more control over the process.

    step2

Step 3: Search for the Particular LinkedIn Automation

    • Navigate to the Automation Store on TexAu.
    • Use the search bar to find LinkedIn Hashtag Search Export automation.

Step 4: Select Your Input Source

Define the input source to specify LinkedIn hashtags for the LinkedIn Hashtag Search Export automation.

    Manually Enter a Single Input

Use this option to search for a specific LinkedIn hashtag. Follow these steps:

    • Keyword or Hashtag Search URL: Enter the keyword or LinkedIn hashtag search URL into the input field.
    • Extract Limit (Optional): Set the maximum number of results to extract (up to 2,500 per search).
    • Click Run in the lower-right corner to initiate the automation.

Use Google Sheets for Bulk Input

This option is perfect for handling multiple LinkedIn hashtag searches efficiently. Follow these steps:

    • Click Select Google Account to choose your Google account or click Add New Google Sheet Account to link additional accounts.

    • Click Accounts to select LinkedIn as the platform.

    • Click Open Google Drive to locate the Google Sheet containing your hashtag search inputs.

    • Select the spreadsheet and the specific sheet containing your LinkedIn hashtag search inputs.

    • Configure additional options:

      • Number of Rows to Process (Optional): Define the number of rows you want to process from the sheet.
      • Number of Rows to Skip (Optional): Specify rows to skip at the beginning of the sheet.
      • Loop Mode (Optional): Enable this to re-process the Google Sheet from the beginning once all rows are completed. This is useful for recurring updates.
    • Click Run in the lower-right corner to start the automation.

      Optional Advanced Feature:

      • Loop Mode: Enable Loop Mode to re-process the Google Sheet from the beginning once all rows are completed. This is useful for tasks that require recurring updates.

      • Watch Row (Optional)

Watch Row feature enables automated Google Sheet-based workflows by detecting new data entries and triggering workflows instantly.

Define Watch Row settings by selecting a frequency and setting an execution timeframe.

        Watch Row Schedule

        • None
        • Scheduling Intervals (e.g., every 15 minutes, every hour)
        • One-Time Execution
        • Daily Execution
        • Weekly Recurrence (e.g., every Monday and Thursday)
        • Monthly Specific Dates (e.g., 7th and 23rd)
        • Custom Fixed Dates (e.g., April 9)

By default, Watch Row runs every 15 minutes and continues for five days unless modified.

With Watch Row, TexAu ensures efficient, automated task execution.

    Process a CSV File

This option allows you to process hashtag searches from a static file. Follow these steps:

    • Click Upload CSV File and browse to locate the file containing your hashtag search inputs.
    • Once uploaded, TexAu will display the file name and preview its content. Verify the data to confirm it is correct.
    • Configure additional options:
      • Number of Rows to Process (Optional): Specify the number of rows to process from the CSV file.
      • Number of Rows to Skip (Optional): Define rows to skip at the beginning of the file.
    • Click Run in the lower-right corner to initiate the automation.
    step3

Step 5: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

If you want the automation to run at specific intervals or times, use the scheduling feature. Click Schedule and set the date and time you’d like to run the automation. You can also configure Recurrence Frequency to automatically repeat the automation:

    • At Regular Intervals (e.g., every hour, every 6 hours)
    • Once
    • Every Day
    • On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., Mondays and Thursdays)
    • On Specific Days of the Month (e.g., 1st and 15th)
    • On Specific Dates (e.g., November 20)

Scheduling the automation is ideal if you need to monitor hashtags over time to keep track of ongoing trends.

    step4

Step 6: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

Avoid detection and simulate human-like activity by setting an iteration delay. Choose minimum and maximum time intervals to add randomness between actions. This makes your activity look natural and reduces the chance of being flagged.

    • Minimum Delay: Enter the shortest interval (e.g., 10 seconds).
    • Maximum Delay: Enter the longest interval (e.g., 20 seconds).

Tip: Random delays keep your automation safe and reliable.

Step 7: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)

The Output Mode in TexAu allows you to select how your data is stored and exported. Choose from either Google Sheets or CSV file formats to manage and analyze your data.

    1. Export Options: Select Google Sheets or CSV file to store the extracted data. If you choose Google Sheets, connect your Google account to enable a direct export to Google Drive, simplifying data sharing.
    2. Output Management:
      • Append (Default): Adds each new extraction to the end of previous data entries, helping you keep a running log of posts.
      • Split: Saves results in a separate file for each run, useful if you want distinct data sets from each extraction.
      • Overwrite: Replaces previous data with new results, helpful when tracking only the latest updates.
    3. Duplicate Management: Enable Deduplicate to remove any duplicate entries between extractions, ensuring your data stays clean and organized.

Tip: Exporting directly to Google Sheets allows you to collaborate and analyze data in real-time, making it an efficient choice for team projects.

    step6

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

Once the automation is complete, go to the Data Store section in TexAu to view your collected data. Locate the LinkedIn Hashtag Search Export automation and click See Data to open or download your results.
