    The LinkedIn Auto Attend Event automation by TexAu is a powerful tool for enhancing your LinkedIn presence. It automatically joins events on your behalf, ensuring you stay engaged with relevant audiences. Perfect for founders, marketers, sales managers, and growth hackers, this automation saves time, boosts event participation, and expands your networking opportunities seamlessly.

    Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

    Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. Navigate to the Automation Store and search for LinkedIn Auto Attend Event to locate the automation.

    Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

    To allow TexAu to attend events on your behalf, connect your LinkedIn account. Click Add Account and choose one of the following methods:

    • Magic Link: Securely log in via a link sent to your email.
    • Add Account: Use TexAu’s built-in browser extension for direct integration.

    Tip: Magic Link offers a quicker setup without manual cookie management.

    Step 3: Select Your Input Source

    Define the source of LinkedIn event URLs you want to process. TexAu provides three options:

    1. Enter a Single LinkedIn Event URL: Manually input a single LinkedIn event link.
    2. Google Sheets: Link a shared Google Sheet containing event URLs in individual rows.
    3. CSV File: Upload a CSV file with event URLs listed in a single column.

    Tip: Use Google Sheets or CSV for processing multiple events efficiently.

    Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

    Configure the automation to run at specific times or intervals using TexAu’s scheduling feature. Click Schedule and choose from the following options:

    • None
    • At Regular Intervals (e.g., every 6 hours)
    • Once
    • Every Day
    • On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., Mondays and Fridays)
    • On Specific Days of the Month (e.g., the 1st and 15th)
    • On Specific Dates (e.g., April 5)

    Tip: Scheduling ensures you automatically join recurring or time-sensitive events.

    Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

    Add an Iteration Delay to space out attendance actions and mimic human behavior. Set the following values:

    • Minimum Delay: Shortest time between actions.
    • Maximum Delay: Longest time between actions.

    The delay can be configured in seconds, minutes, hours, or days to randomize activity.

    Tip: Use delays to make your actions appear natural and reduce the risk of LinkedIn flagging your account.

    Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)

    Customize how you’d like to manage the output data. TexAu offers the following options:

    1. Google Sheets: Export the data directly to a shared Google Sheet for real-time updates.
    2. CSV File: Save the data locally for offline access.

    Additionally, enable the Deduplicate option to avoid duplicate entries in your output files.

    Tip: Use Google Sheets for seamless team collaboration and record-keeping.

    Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop

    Click Run to execute the automation. Choose between the following modes:

    • Cloud Mode: Run the automation on TexAu’s servers for hands-free execution.
    • Desktop Mode: Run the automation locally on your device using your IP address.

    Tip: Use Desktop Mode to save cloud runtime costs and retain full control over execution.

    Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

    Once the automation completes, navigate to the Data Store in TexAu to access the results. Locate the LinkedIn Auto Attend Event automation and click See Data to view or download the records.
