LinkedIn Company Auto Follow

The LinkedIn Company Auto Follow automation by TexAu allows you to automatically follow LinkedIn company profiles, streamlining engagement with industry leaders and competitors. This tool is ideal for founders, marketers, sales managers, and growth hackers who want to expand their professional network and stay updated on company activities.

Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

Log in to your TexAu account at TexAu. Navigate to the Automation Store, and search for LinkedIn Company Auto Follow. Select the automation to open the configuration page.

Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

To allow TexAu to access and follow company profiles on your behalf, you need to connect your LinkedIn account. Click Add Account and select LinkedIn. TexAu provides two connection options:

• Magic Link: Securely log in via a link sent to your email.
• Add Account: Use the TexAu browser extension to connect your LinkedIn account directly.

Tip: Magic Link offers a seamless and secure connection process, eliminating the need for cookie management.

Step 3: Select Your Input Source

Choose how you want to provide the company profiles for the automation. TexAu offers three options:

1. Single Input: Enter a single LinkedIn company profile URL manually.
2. Google Sheets: Share a Google Sheet containing multiple LinkedIn company profile URLs. Ensure each URL is listed in a separate row.
3. CSV File: Upload a CSV file with LinkedIn company profile URLs in a single column.

Tip: Use Google Sheets or CSV for bulk processing to save time and enhance efficiency.

Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

Set up the automation to run at specific times or intervals using TexAu’s scheduling feature. Click Schedule and choose:

• None
• At Regular Intervals (e.g., every day)
• Once
• Every Day
• On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., Mondays and Fridays)
• On Specific Days of the Month (e.g., the 1st and 15th)
• On Specific Dates (e.g., January 15)

Tip: Scheduling automates company following at the right frequency to maximize engagement.

Step 5: Iteration Delay (Optional)

To mimic natural behavior and avoid triggering LinkedIn’s activity restrictions, configure an Iteration Delay. Set a Minimum Delay and Maximum Delay to randomize the time between follow actions.

Tip: A delay of 15-30 seconds between actions ensures safe execution.

Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)

Decide how to save and manage the data of followed companies. TexAu offers three output options:

1. Append: Add new follow records to the existing data file (default).
2. Split: Create a separate file for each run, useful for organizing data by session.
3. Overwrite: Replace the old file with the latest data, keeping only the most recent records.

Export Options:

• Google Sheets: Save data directly to your Google Drive by linking your account.
• CSV File: Download data in CSV format for offline access.

Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop

After configuring the settings, click Run to start the automation. Choose where to execute the task:

• Cloud: Use TexAu’s servers for hands-free execution.
• Desktop: Run locally on your device using your IP address for manual simulation.

Tip: Use Desktop mode to save cloud runtime credits and have more control over execution.

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

Once the automation completes, go to the Data Store in TexAu to view or download the records of followed companies. Click See Data next to the LinkedIn Company Auto Follow automation to access the file.
