Export the extracted data to Google Sheets or CSV for streamlined analysis and sharing. Follow the detailed steps below to set up and run this automation.

    Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

    1. Log in to your TexAu account at TexAu Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to the Automation Store and search for "LinkedIn Company Employees Export" in the search bar.
    3. Click on the automation to open its configuration page.

    Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

    1. To allow TexAu to access LinkedIn, connect your LinkedIn account.
    2. Click Add Account and select LinkedIn. TexAu offers two secure connection methods:
      • Magic Link: A secure link sent to your email for seamless login.
      • Add Account: Connect directly using TexAu’s browser extension.
        Tip: Magic Link is a quick and secure option that avoids cookie handling.

    Step 3: Select Your Input Source

    Define the input source to specify the companies for which you want to extract employee data. Choose one of the following options:

    1. Single Company URL: Manually enter the LinkedIn URL of a specific company to extract data from its employees.
    2. Google Sheets: Upload a Google Sheet containing a list of LinkedIn company URLs. Sign in with your Google account or paste a shareable link if the sheet is public.
    3. CSV File: Upload a CSV file with LinkedIn company URLs listed in one column.

    Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

    1. Click Schedule to configure a start time and set the frequency for running this automation.
    2. Choose one of the scheduling options:
      • None
      • At Regular Intervals (e.g., every 8 hours or daily)
      • Once
      • Every Day
      • On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., every Monday and Friday)
      • On Specific Days of the Month (e.g., the 1st and 15th)
      • On Specific Dates (e.g., February 14).
        Tip: Use scheduling to automate regular data collection for updated employee lists.

    Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

    1. Use the Iteration Delay settings to simulate natural browsing behavior by introducing intervals between data extraction processes.
    2. Set Minimum Delay and Maximum Delay values to randomize intervals in seconds, minutes, hours, or days.
      Tip: Iteration delays can help avoid LinkedIn rate limits or account restrictions.

    1. Select your preferred output format for the extracted data:
      • Google Sheets: Export data directly to Google Drive by linking your Google account.
      • CSV File: Download data as a CSV file for offline use.
    2. Configure Output Management settings:
      • Append: Adds new data to the existing file.
      • Split: Creates a new file for each automation run.
      • Overwrite: Replaces old data with new data.
    3. Enable Deduplicate to remove duplicate entries automatically.
      Tip: Google Sheets is ideal for collaborative tracking and analysis.

    Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop

    1. Click Run to start the automation.
    2. Choose where to execute the automation:
      • Cloud: Runs the automation on TexAu’s servers for hands-free operation.
      • Desktop: Runs locally on your device, using your IP address for manual browsing simulation.
        Tip: Running on Desktop mode helps save cloud runtime and allows for greater task control.

    Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

    1. Once the automation is complete, navigate to the Data Store section in TexAu.
    2. Locate the LinkedIn Company Employees Export entry and click See Data to view or download the extracted employee details.
