    Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

    Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. Navigate to the Automation Store and search for "LinkedIn Company Follow Inviter" to find this automation. Click on it to start the configuration process.

    Step 2: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

    To use this automation, you must connect your LinkedIn account. Click Add Account and choose LinkedIn. TexAu provides two connection methods:

    • Magic Link: Sends a secure login link to your email for quick and seamless access.
    • Add Account: Uses TexAu’s built-in browser for direct connection without needing cookies.
      Tip: Use Magic Link for the fastest and easiest connection setup.

    Step 3: Select Your Input Source

    Choose the source of user profiles to whom you want to send company follow invitations. TexAu provides three options:

    1. Manually Enter a LinkedIn Profile URL: Input a single LinkedIn profile URL directly.
    2. Google Sheets: Link a shared Google Sheet containing multiple LinkedIn profile URLs.
    3. CSV File: Upload a CSV file with LinkedIn profile URLs in one column.

    Tip: Use Google Sheets or CSV for bulk invites to save time.

    Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

    Schedule the automation to run at specific times or intervals. Click Schedule to set up a start time and recurrence frequency:

    • None
    • At Regular Intervals (e.g., every 12 hours)
    • Once
    • Every Day
    • On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., Monday and Thursday)
    • On Specific Dates (e.g., 1st and 15th of each month)

    Scheduling ensures consistent outreach to grow your company’s follower base.

    Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

    To prevent LinkedIn from flagging your activity, configure an Iteration Delay between actions. Enter a Minimum Delay and Maximum Delay to randomize the time gap between invites, simulating natural behavior.

    Decide how to save and manage the automation’s results. TexAu offers the following output options:

    1. Append (Default): Add new data to the existing file.
    2. Split: Create a new file for each run, useful for session-specific records.

    Export Options:

    • Google Sheets: Automatically save data to a linked Google Sheet.
    • CSV File: Download the data directly as a CSV file.

    Once configured, click Run to start the automation. Choose where to run it:

    • Cloud: Executes on TexAu’s servers for hands-free operation.
    • Desktop: Runs locally using your IP address, offering greater control and saving cloud usage costs.
      Tip: Use Desktop mode for sensitive operations requiring your own IP.

    Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

    When the automation completes, go to the Data Store section in TexAu to access the results. Locate the "LinkedIn Company Follow Inviter" entry and click See Data to view or download the invitation records.
