    Overview

The LinkedIn Ads Library Export automation enables you to efficiently export data from LinkedIn’s Ads Library, allowing you to analyze competitor strategies, track ad trends, and refine your own advertising campaigns. This tool is especially valuable for marketers, advertisers, growth hackers, and business owners aiming to optimize their LinkedIn ad strategies.

Step 1: Connect to LinkedIn with TexAu

Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. To export data from LinkedIn Ads Library, you need to connect your LinkedIn account to TexAu. Follow these steps:

    1. Click Add Account and select LinkedIn.
    2. Use one of two connection methods:
      • Share via Magic Link: A secure and fast way to connect your LinkedIn account by receiving a login link in your email.
      • Add Account via Extension: Log in through TexAu’s built-in browser extension for a manual setup.

Tip: Use Magic Link for a quicker and more secure connection.

Step 2: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

Navigate to the Automation Store, search for LinkedIn Ads Library Export, and click the automation to open its configuration page.

Step 3: Choose Cloud or Desktop Automation

Select your preferred execution mode for the automation:

    • Cloud: Automate tasks on TexAu’s servers using built-in proxies. Add a custom proxy anytime via Settings > Preferences > Proxies.
    • Desktop: Run the automation on your local device using your IP address to simulate manual browsing.
Tip: Running the automation in Desktop mode saves cloud runtime credits and provides more control over execution.

    Step 4: Configure Input Sources

Define the input source for the LinkedIn Ads Library Export automation to specify the ads or pages you want to analyze. TexAu offers three options:

    1. Single Input: Manually add the LinkedIn account and Ad/Page URL.
    2. Google Sheets: Import LinkedIn ad/page URLs stored in a connected Google Sheet.
    3. CSV File: Upload a CSV file containing LinkedIn ad/page URLs for processing.

Step 5: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

Schedule the automation to export LinkedIn ad data at specific times or intervals. Click Schedule and choose from the following options:

    • None
    • At Regular Intervals (e.g., every 6 hours or daily)
    • Once
    • Every Day
    • On Specific Days of the Week (e.g., every Monday and Wednesday)
    • On Specific Dates (e.g., the 10th and 25th of the month)

Tip: Scheduling allows you to collect ad data consistently without manual intervention.

Screenshot Suggestion: Display the scheduling interface, highlighting the recurrence frequency options.

Step 6: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

Avoid detection and simulate human-like activity by setting an iteration delay. Choose minimum and maximum time intervals to add randomness between actions. This makes your activity look natural and reduces the chance of being flagged.

    • Minimum Delay: Enter the shortest interval (e.g., 10 seconds).
    • Maximum Delay: Enter the longest interval (e.g., 20 seconds).

Tip: Random delays keep your automation safe and reliable.

Step 7: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)

Choose how to save and manage the exported ad data. TexAu provides the following options:

    • Append (Default): Adds new results to the end of existing data, merging them into a single CSV file.
    • Split: Saves new results as separate CSV files for each automation run.
    • Overwrite: Replaces previous data with the latest results.
    • Duplicate Management: Enable Deduplicate (Default) to remove duplicate rows.

Tip: Google Sheets export makes it easy to collaborate with your team in real time, particularly useful for ad campaign analysis and reporting.

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

After the automation completes, go to the Data Store section in TexAu to access exported ad data. Locate the LinkedIn Ads Library Export automation and click See Data to view or download the results.

Screenshot Suggestion: Display the Data Store screen with the “See Data” button highlighted.

The LinkedIn Ads Library Export automation is an invaluable tool for understanding competitor ad strategies, discovering content trends, and optimizing your LinkedIn advertising efforts. By automating ad data exports, it helps save time, improve insights, and enhance your ad performance on LinkedIn.
