With scheduling options, input flexibility, and Google Sheets or CSV export, this tool simplifies bulk tweet deletion.

    Step 1: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation

    Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. Navigate to the Automation Store and search for Twitter Auto Delete Tweets in the search bar to find this automation.

    Step 2: Connect to Twitter with TexAu

    To allow TexAu to access and delete tweets, connect your Twitter account. Click Add Account and select Twitter. Choose from these secure connection methods:

    • Magic Link: Authenticate quickly by receiving a secure link via email.
    • Add Account via Browser Extension: Connect directly using TexAu’s extension for seamless setup.

    Tip: The Magic Link method is the fastest and easiest way to link your Twitter account without managing cookies manually.

    Step 3: Select Your Input Source

    Define which tweets you want to delete by selecting an appropriate input source. TexAu provides the following options:

    1. All Tweets: Automatically delete all tweets from your profile for a complete cleanup.
    2. Keyword or Hashtag Search: Delete tweets containing specific keywords or hashtags.
    3. Google Sheet or CSV File: Use a Google Sheet or CSV file to specify tweet IDs or keywords for targeted deletion.

    Tip: Use Google Sheets if you are working in a team or need to manage multiple entries collaboratively.

    Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

    Use the Schedule feature to delete tweets automatically at specific intervals. Click Schedule to configure your preferred schedule. Options include:

    • None: Run the automation immediately without scheduling.
    • At Regular Intervals: Delete tweets every few hours or days.
    • Once: Schedule a one-time deletion at a specific date and time.
    • Every Day: Automate daily tweet deletion for continuous cleanup.
    • On Specific Days of the Week: Select specific days (e.g., Mondays and Thursdays) to run the automation.
    • On Specific Days of the Month: Schedule deletions for particular dates, such as the 1st or 15th.
    • On Specific Dates: Configure the automation for specific dates to align with campaigns or events.

    Tip: Regular scheduling helps maintain a consistent and professional Twitter profile without manual intervention.

    Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

    To mimic natural activity and avoid detection, configure an Iteration Delay. Set the Minimum Delay and Maximum Delay values to randomize the interval between deletions. Adjust the timing in seconds, minutes, or hours to customize the delay.

    Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)

    Select how you want to manage the data of deleted tweets. TexAu provides multiple options for exporting and organizing the records:

    1. Google Sheets: Export the data directly to a Google Sheet for easy access and sharing.
    2. CSV File: Download the data as a CSV for offline storage or further analysis.
    3. Output Management:
      • Append (Default): Add new records to the end of an existing file for ongoing tracking.
      • Split: Generate a new file for each automation run.
      • Overwrite: Replace previous records with the latest data.
    4. Deduplicate: Enable this option to avoid duplicate entries, ensuring a clean dataset.

    Tip: Exporting to Google Sheets is ideal for maintaining real-time records for team use or compliance purposes.

    Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop

    After configuring the settings, click Run to start the automation. Choose your preferred execution mode:

    • Cloud Mode: Run the automation on TexAu’s servers for hands-free execution.
    • Desktop Mode: Execute the automation locally on your device, ideal for using your IP address or saving cloud runtime credits.
