- CSV File: Upload a CSV file containing video URLs in a column for bulk scraping.
Tip: Use Google Sheets or CSV for efficiently managing and scraping multiple videos.
Step 4: Schedule the Automation (Optional)
To automate comment scraping at specific times, configure the Schedule settings:
- None: Run the automation immediately.
- At Regular Intervals: Set to repeat every few hours or daily.

Step 5: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)
To simulate natural browsing and prevent detection, configure an Iteration Delay between scraping requests. Adjust these parameters:
- Minimum Delay: The shortest interval between requests.
- Maximum Delay: The longest interval to introduce randomness.
For example, delays between 5–10 seconds can make scraping appear more natural.
Step 6: Choose Your Output Mode (Optional)
Decide how to save and manage the extracted data:
- Export Options: Choose Google Sheets for real-time collaboration or CSV for offline access.
- Output Management:
- Append: Add new data to the end of an existing file.
- Split: Create a new file for every automation run.
- Overwrite: Replace previous data with the latest results.
- Duplicate Management: Enable Deduplicate to clean duplicate entries for a more organized dataset.
Tip: Google Sheets is ideal for live data sharing and collaboration.
Step 7: Run the Automation on Cloud or Desktop
After configuring the settings, click Run to start the automation. Choose between:
- Cloud: Run on TexAu’s servers for a hands-free process.
- Desktop: Run locally on your device, using your IP address to simulate manual browsing.
Tip: Running the automation on Desktop mode saves cloud runtime credits and offers more control over execution.
