Analytics Dashboard

An analytics dashboard is a single screen that aggregates the metrics a team needs to make decisions — funnel conversion, channel performance, pipeline health — usually in near real time.

What is an analytics dashboard?

An analytics dashboard is a curated view that pulls metrics from multiple systems (CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, ad platforms) into one place. The point isn't to display every number — it's to surface the 5–10 numbers that drive a specific team's next action this week.

Why it matters in GTM

  • Without a shared dashboard, sales and marketing argue from different spreadsheets
  • Pipeline-coverage decisions (do we need more leads? more meetings?) rely on a single source of truth
  • Channel attribution is impossible without unified reporting

What belongs on a GTM dashboard

  • Top-of-funnel: leads created by source, MQL → SQL conversion, list health
  • Outbound: sequences active, reply rate, meetings booked per rep
  • Pipeline: opportunities created, average deal size, win rate, sales cycle length
  • Spend: CAC by channel, payback period

How TexAu helps

Pipe enrichment runs, sequence performance, and lead-scoring outputs from TexAu into your BI tool of choice (or your CRM's native dashboards) so revenue ops can see top-of-funnel volume next to bottom-of-funnel conversion in one view.
