Multi-Channel Outreach

Multi-channel outreach combines email, LinkedIn, phone, and (sometimes) SMS or direct mail into a coordinated sequence — lifting reply rates over single-channel by significant margins.

What is multi-channel outreach?

Multi-channel outreach is the practice of contacting the same prospect across more than one channel as part of a single coordinated play. A typical sequence might be: email day 1, LinkedIn view + connection day 3, email day 5, voice note day 7, phone day 10.

Why it matters

  • Reply rates on multi-channel sequences typically 2–3× single-channel rates
  • Different prospects respond to different channels — multi-channel covers more of them
  • Channel switching feels human and persistent without feeling spammy

What good multi-channel looks like in 2026

  • LinkedIn presence first (profile view, like, comment) before any DM or connection request
  • Email cadence respects engagement signals — pause on reply or click-to-pricing
  • Phone reserved for hottest leads (responded, clicked pricing, visited site)
  • Each touch acknowledges the others — "I sent a note last week and shared a quick LinkedIn message — wanted to make sure this landed"

How TexAu helps
