Hyperautomation

Hyperautomation is the orchestrated combination of RPA, AI, workflow automation, and process mining to automate as many business processes as can be automated — end to end.

What is hyperautomation?

Hyperautomation is the strategic application of every available automation technology — RPA, low-code workflows, AI agents, process mining, business rules engines — together, with the goal of automating end-to-end processes rather than isolated tasks. Coined by Gartner, the term has become the standard label for AI-augmented automation programs.

Why it matters in 2026

  • AI agents have closed the gap on tasks that previously required human judgment
  • The bottleneck has shifted from "can we automate this?" to "should we, and how do we govern it?"
  • Companies that hyperautomate GTM operations are running 10× the throughput per ops headcount

What it looks like in revenue ops

  • AI agents enrich and score leads
  • Workflows route and assign
  • Sequencers execute outreach
  • AI replies handle inbound classification and routing
  • Humans handle exception cases, strategy, and the final mile

How TexAu helps

TexAu is the GTM-facing piece of a hyperautomation stack — the AI-enabled workflow surface that connects data sources, AI models (via AI Column), and downstream systems via API and MCP, so AI agents can drive the full prospecting + outbound loop.
